My name is Aaron Chalich and I am the Internet Account Manager for KSAX-TV. I have been working for the station since 2004.
I grew in Pierz, MN and I graduated from Pierz Healy High School. After graduation, I went to Central Lakes College for two years and earned my A.A. degree. I then went to St. Cloud State University and received my B.A. in Mass Communications with emphasis in Television Production.
As a kid, my parents loved to travel. We were always on the move and going somewhere fun and exciting. As an adult I still love to travel and experience new things.
The reason I created this blog was to show you (our viewers) some of the interesting and fun things that I do in my free time and hopefully encourage you to get out and travel.
I have many hobbies and will try and share some of them with you in my video blogs.
My wife and I love music and going to concerts. We try and go to them as often as we can. We have been blessed with the opportunity to meet, in my opinion, some of the greatest musicians in the industry.
I am also a huge horror movie fan. My whole family has always loved horror movies, ghosts stories and anything that will scare you. I’ll never forget when the original Nightmare on Elm Street first aired on cable, my grandma saw it and was so excited to tell me about Freddy and the rest of the movie.
Some of the other things that I enjoy are: movies, video games, camping, reading ghost stories and of course spending time with family and friends.
Well I hope you come back often and check my blog page. I am going to try and update it as often as possible.
I am always looking for new and exciting things to do, so if you are having an event and would like me to do a video blog on it, please send me an e-mail and I will try and make it. Send the e-mail to achalich@ksax.com.
