Melissa Mathews

Job Title: Queen of Positive Thoughts

Melissa has been with KSAX Eyewitness News since 2004 and wrangles the sales department with her magic lasso!  She's been involved in many aspects of the station as the Office Administrator and completely enjoys working with the public! 

Mel is famous for singing over the intercom to anyone who has a birthday and loves to make people laugh.

She has been a heavy hitter with the Jefferson Awards and said it's been a very humbling experience meeting so many amazing volunteers throughout Central Minnesota. 

She has been an accomplice to many practical jokes at the station and is proud of it!  'I love the Alexandria area and look forward to growing old here, hi mom!'
