Joe's job entails keeping the KSAX transmitters and translators running across the vast coverage region from the northland of Bemidji to the southern areas of Redwood Falls. He also does upgrades to equipment as they are necessary and available, and has been repairing equipment since video tape decks were the size of economy cars.
