16-Year-Old Dies in ATV Accident

According to Renville County Sheriff's, they received a report of a single four-wheeled vehicle accident.

The accident occurred Saturday night south of Renville County Road 15 on Renville County Road 21, seventeen miles south-east of the City of Renville.

According to authorities a 15-year-old juvenile male was driving the ATV along with a passenger 16-year-old Nicholas Warner of Redwood Falls. 

Warner was pronounced dead on scene.

The juvenile male was transported to the Redwood Area Hospital with undetermined injuries.

The crash is being investigated by the Renville County Sheriff's Department.  We will bring you the latest as we receive it.
