Former Minn. Man Accused of Having Child Porn

A 32-year-old Illinois man, and former Minnesota resident, was indicted Wednesday on charges of child pornography.

Daniel Allen Janowiak, of Delavan, Ill., was charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of receipt of child pornography.

Prosecutors claim that while Janowiak was living in Minnesota in 2008, he had one or more images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

If convicted, Janowiak faces a potential maximum penalty of 20 years in prison on the receipt count and 10 years on the possession count.
