Driver Not Wearing her Seatbelt, Ejected and Pinned Underneath her Vehicle

TODD COUNTY, MN - The Todd County Sheriff's responded to 241st Ave., 1 mile south of Co. Rd. 48 on a report that a female driver was pinned underneath her vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle, Bobbi Jo Monti, was heading northbound on 214st Ave. when she lost control of her car and skidded into the ditch.

Authorities say the car rolled, ejected Bobbi and then the car landed on top of her.

The Long Prairie Fire and Rescue used the jaws of life and airbags to lift the car up and remove Bobbi.

The victim was transported to the Long Prairie Hospital and then airlifted to the Hennepin County Medical Center due to the extent of her serious injuries.

Motorists stopped at the scene and helped prior to emergency personnel arriving.

Authorities are confirming Bobbi was not wearing her seatbelt the time of the accident.
