The crash occurred on Co. HWY 8 near Little Pine Lake access, around 8:00 Monday morning. Tristen Lee, 37, of Perham was driving herself along with her two children, 4-year-old Mason Dolen and 8-month-old Sienna Dolen, when authorities say icy road conditions may have caused Lee's vehicle and another vehicle driven by Mary Swyter, 59, of Perham to collide head-on. Lee did not survive the crash and Swyter suffered fractures to both her ankles, according to authorities. The accident is under investigation by the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Patrol. Written for the web by: Emily Deem.
