There are plenty of spots around the web that can help you find a place to eat.
Most of them are nationally syndicated web sites that have a presence in many large cities and offer name, number, address and maybe a few short reviews (Citysearch, Yelp, Restaurant.com, etc.)
So when I heard that a new web start up company was going to start a web site that listed restaurants in the Twin Cities, I wasn't blown away.
However, TC FOOD FINDS has a few uniquely local features that I think are worth mentioning.
The first is that the site does more than list just list the restaurants alphabetically, they list them categorically which can be very helpful depending on what kind of dining experience you are in the mood for.
Examples:
Restaurants with outdoor seating:

Restuarants with late night dining:

Restaurants with live music:

Restaurants that serve Sunday brunch:

Plus, TC FOOD FINDS offers the complete menu at most restaurants, so you can have an idea of what's on the menu before you even decide to go there.
Like many other listing sites, TC FOOD FINDS offers complete menus and the ability to make reservations online where it's available.
