Arrested Twice

A Pennock man was arrested twice in the same day.

22-year-old Jacob Leuze appeared in Kandiyohi County Court on two sets of driving while impaired charges and a felony charge for possessing a weapon.

The first arrest occurred at
4:40pm when officers found him driving drunk, registering a point one zero blood-alcohol level.

Just six hours later at
11pm, officers pulled him over again, this time for expired tabs.

He registered a point one two blood alcohol level and was taken into custody.

Unconditional bail for Leuze has been set at $10,000.

His next court appearance is set for May 4th.
