(AP) - Jurors have been picked in La Crosse County to hear the case against a driver accused of striking a pedestrian as he walked home on New Year's Eve. Thirty-eight-year-old Rhonda Boardman is charged with felony hit-and-run involving death. Boardman is accused of hitting and killing 55-year-old William Harter with her van as he walked to his town of Campbell home the night of Dec. 31.
