(AP) - Minnesota trade officials are helping businesses figure out how thawed travel restrictions between the U.S. and Cuba could affect the Latin American marketplace. A seminar planned for Monday in St. Paul is set to explore opportunities, cautions and myths for businesses looking to tap into Cuba. President Barack Obama's administration has lifted restrictions on Cuban-Americans who want to travel and send money to their island homeland. A partial trade embargo first established in the 1960s remains in place and would take congressional action to ease. Previous Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura led a state delegation to Cuba earlier this decade. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
